Welcome
I created this website as a home for my writing — shaped by food, place, and memory. I’ve spent years telling stories about what we grow, cook, and share. As the former publisher of Edible Santa Barbara, I learned how deeply food connects us—to the land, to each other, to ourselves. Now I write full-time, exploring those connections through articles, essays, and poetry. This site is a collection of that work—past and present—as well as a place to stay in touch.
